Rustic American Flag Sign ~ Proud to be an American and proud to display our colors. This rustic pallet wood sign is such a great way to do it! Hang this on your front porch or your deck, in your entry way or hall way! This piece was created to be a statement and stand alone, but it can definitely still take center stage with accent pieces showcasing it's beauty!
This sign, as with all our items, are made from dinged, rough, dented reclaimed pallet boards. And we LOVE the character this brings to our signs. For some of our products, we will sand down or plane the boards depending on their intended purpose, but for this rustic beauty, the boards are in 'as is' condition!
The boards are painted by hand, taking care to apply just the right amount of paint on the brush to color the wood, yet still allow the character of the wood to show through. After it has dried, we distress the boards by sanding some of the paint off to make it even more rustic & vintage looking, then finish with a Polyurethane top coat.
This sign measures approximately 40" tall and 19" wide, depending on pallet boards available.
>> Is this a bit too large for the space you have in mind? We can also customize a size for you, or even help you create a new idea! We love custom orders,<<
Our signs arrive ready to hang, with the hardware already mounted.
**Remember** Reclaimed pallet boards vary in size, colors, markings and their overall distressed nature, this is what gives them the individual characteristics that make them unique. All of our items are constructed using these reclaimed boards, most in "as in" condition, without cleaning them up, so obviously no two pieces are ever going to be identical. Each piece will hold characteristics of the reclaimed rustic wood used, making it truly unique and one-of-a-kind!!

Reclaimed pallet boards vary in wood type, size, colors, markings and their overall distressed nature, this is what gives them the individual characteristics that make them unique. Each of our items are constructed using these reclaimed boards as they are without cleaning them up, so obviously no two pieces are ever going to be identical. Each wood type takes the stain a bit differently so each piece may vary in color slightly.
The same is true of our metal, depending on the characteristics of the metal used and the temp/humidity when processed, the patina and rust naturally forms in slightly different ways- just as it will in the outside elements.
We make lots of custom pieces, which require many conversations with people. Because of this, it is important that when you are reviewing the custom listing, that you make sure ALL elements we discussed are represented in the final custom listing description that you are purchasing. I build per this listing description, so if we discussed something in a string of conversations, but that detail is not in the listing description, then I will not be held responsible for that element not being in the sign/piece.
Your purchase of the listing is the final agreement that the description is as you want it. The listing can be edited BEFORE purchase, so just let me know if something needs changed.
We are happy to work with you on custom orders. We have a tiered custom design charge from $20 - $50 depending on the work involved in your design. Please message me for details.
Our processing time depends on the piece. For standard items listed in our shop, the time from order to shipment is generally 2 weeks or sooner. If the metal is to be rusted, this will likely add 5 days to the order. Custom designed pieces are generally a week longer, however, this depends on the complexity of the design work, as well as how many days the conversation elements/proof acceptance of your design takes.
